The Luxury Duplex Residential Development at Magodo Shangisha GRA Phase 2 stands as a testament to visionary real estate collaboration and excellence in execution. Conceived as a high-end residential estate, the project delivered four meticulously designed five-bedroom duplexes, each complemented by a private Boys’ Quarters (BQ) and a full basement level housing a cinema, gym, and relaxation area.
the development was executed under a Joint Venture (JV) agreement with the Akinbobola family, who provided the land. The partnership model allowed for optimal resource utilization and risk sharing, while maintaining the highest construction and design standards.
Executed as a Joint Venture with the Akinbobola family, the project began in July 2019 and was completed by August 2020. It combined modern architecture with functional luxury, targeting discerning buyers in Lagos’ upper-middle-class market. All units were sold shortly after completion, reflecting both market demand and development quality.
