All projects run by the company are run on a fully decentralized system and are treated as separate profit centers. Each project has its in charge personal (Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Site Engineer and with Company Accountant).
The Project Manager and Accountant together handle a separate account for the project. This gives a maximum flexibility and authority to the Project Manager to achieve his set objectives within the planned time frame.
