We run all our projects on a fully decentralized system, ensuring autonomy, accountability, and efficiency at every level. Each project is treated as an independent profit center, overseen by a dedicated team comprising a Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Site Engineer, and Company Accountant.
This structure enables our Project Managers to have full operational control — including managing a separate financial account in conjunction with the Project Accountant — giving them the flexibility and authority needed to meet their objectives on time and within budget.
